Beginner Belly Dance Workshop

Ever wanted to learn belly dance, but have not had the time to commit to a full session? Discover your beauty, grace and femininity through this ancient woman's dance form. Belly dance is a wonderful way to increase your body awareness, proper posture, balance and self-esteem. This is a positive environment for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. This is a great way to get fit and have fun! No dance experience necessary. 

Students will need to wear comfortable clothes and to bring a hip scarf. This scarf does not have to be anything fancy, just a length of fabric (usually a light material i.e. silk or chiffon, not a winter scarf) that can fit around your hips.
