Belly dance is a wonderful way to increase your body awareness, proper posture, balance and self-esteem. This is a positive environment for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. This is a great way to get fit and have fun! No dance experience necessary.
Students will need to wear comfortable clothes and bring a hip scarf. This scarf does not have to be anything fancy, just a length of fabric (usually a light material ie. silk or chiffon, not a winter scarf) that can fit around your hips.
